You should have 2 questionnaires in your folder and possibly a 3rd one in objective 6 to help you evaluate your product.

The first Questionnaire is in objective 1. It will help you determine a target market, shop to design/sell to and need in the market. Use this link to see an example of this questionnaire  Questionnaire 1.

The second one will be in objective 2. This one is more specific and related to the product you are making. It will find out more about the desires of the client. The results will help you design in objective 3. 

You should ask their opinions on things like:

• Decoration techniques they prefer eg. Tie dye, embroidery, appliqué

• Fastenings

• Imagery/text designs

• size

• colours

• fabrics
